CRG response blocked as spam due to no "From:" record

Hi,
I read a lot of similar posts here, but none quite matches my problem.
My host (one.com) says my CRG responses are being blocked simply because there is no "From:" field in the mail sent.
That used to be set in LR with CE3, but I can't see anywhere to set that now, in LR or in BE.
I'm using 'mail', not SMTP.
How should I proceed ?

Re: CRG response blocked as spam due to no "From:" record

which of the solutions posted on the forum have you tried?

have you tried creating an email address that your host will recognize, as Ben suggests here:

I meant to reply earlier to this.  TTG BE *does* set the From field.  I'm not sure why one.com would say otherwise.

Re: CRG response blocked as spam due to no "From:" record

Ben : Because they are incompetent ? Now I look deeper in the raw mail, even I see a From: record.

Rod : I read that post, but didn't know what email was supposed to be set. But Site_Email and Vendor_Email in BE are both set to my own email address, which is hosted by one.com, like the web page (and everything else I do) so I think I'm doing what it suggests.
Here's the bounce msg, as raw and rtf :
