Hi,
Any ideas as to why I'm always getting a "Pending Upload" status on digital downloads?
I'm running CE4 Cart 3.1.2 and CE4 Publisher 230B. The photos are being generated by LR and are present in the gallery "photos-for-purchase" subdirectory.
It's almost like the Cart isn't recognising the subdirectory is there. I have to manually upload the photo again.
Thanks,
Mark

if you post a link to an album as well as enable guest access to ttg-be, Ben will be better able to help.
also check to see if you've enabled "off line digital purchase"

Thanks for the quick response Rod. The album is http://aare.photography/galleries/toy-f … ay-show-1/ . How do I enable guest access to ttg-be?
Cheers,
Mark

Enable guest access in the Manage Users section of TTG-BE Admin. It's the same area where you change the Admin username and password.

Thanks again Rod, I see how that works now. Guest access enabled with a UID of "guest" and using the default admin p/w.

Hi Mark, thanks for the login. Can you edit your cart settings and delete whatever may be in the Real Path of Photos Site, the last setting on the page? That should solve the problem.

Thanks Ben that worked. Wonder when the "real path" setting slipped in? All good now.

Hi Mark, I'm glad that it worked. That had slipped into the default database as of Cart 3.1.1, released this month.
I'm not sure how that happened though. My deployment process is to delete my own database, login as admin to the cart console (which forces the default database to be upgraded to the latest version) and copy the updated database back as the default prior to packaging. That process should result in a clean database.
