I received an email from TTG on July 1st, 2015 informing me to update using CE4-Gallery-616.zip (through the supplied order link supplied in email). I did this and updated my gallery which says I have version 6.1.6. Then I see a blog posted on he same day about CE4 Pages 7.0.14a Hotfix and downloading file CE4-Pages-7014a.zip. Well, I don't see this file through my link or lookup of of my order#. My question, of course, is how do I get 7.0.14?

Assuming you already own CE4 Pages, you should be able to just look up that order or click on the link in any of the emails you've gotten that contain a link to the CE4 Pages download.
If this isn't happening, you'll want to contact Matt directly

Folks,
I have heard nothing further on my CE 4 Version (current 6.1.6), new 7.0.14. How do I get this update (I tried my order link and it still points to 6.1.6). Any help is greatly appreciated.

You don't own CE4 Pages. Version 6.1.6 of Pages is a CE3 Version.

(you mentioned owning CE4 Gallery above, which is at version 6.1.6)
You'll need to upgrade. Since CE4 is a year old I don't know if you'll be eligible for any upgrade discount.
Try searching the blog for the CE4 announcement, there may be more info there.

I ordered this software April 24th, 2015. The public offering for this same software was July 2014. I got to ask, why did you sell me 'old' software when the newer version was available? I got this information off the release notes for CE4 Pages.
I think you owe me the newer version! The order page said nothing about 'old' or 'new' versions. My invoice does say "1x TTG CE4 Gallery - for Lightroom for $25.00 each".
I think you're mistaken and I'm not paying another $25 for software that I should have received in the first place. Sorry to be blunt!

I'm pretty sure that on April 24th, 2015, CE3 Pages was no longer available for purchase.
My invoice does say "1x TTG CE4 Gallery - for Lightroom for $25.00 each".
As I said above, you don't own CE4 Pages. It's a different plug-in. Pages does not come with Gallery. (Unless you purchased the Web Publishing bundle at $85)
If you ordered Gallery at $25 and that's what you got (according to what you say your invoice states), then I don't see what the problem is.
Again, CE4 Pages does not come with CE4 Gallery. Just look at the products page and you'll see

I've pulled your name from your user profile and looked up your order history. You have only purchased CE4 Gallery, and no other plugins. CE4 Pages is a separate product, and one that you have not purchased. You are entitled to updates for CE4 Gallery, with 6.1.6 being the current version, and will be entitled to such updates for the entirety of the CE4 product cycle.
