I don know is after the update off the CE4 publisher module, but in a (private) family album I can get any results on sure names of people, or any other metatag words.
What am I doing wrong?

private (password protected) albums are by default hidden from search.
The search feature is global, covering all albums. So that means your private albums, if not hidden from search, would be searchable by the general public.
That being said, you can override this feature. See: http://community.theturninggate.net/post/29858/#p29858

I did not use the password protection option. I started to upload all albums again with the latest publisher and gallery plug-ins and that seem to bee a (time consuming) solution.

Then how did you make your album private?
Making that change that Ben provides in that thread (linked above) shouldn't require republishing.
