Hi Everyone,
On my website, I have noted that when I purchase pictures from the galleries and click on the cart icon, all is fine and I can have the windows to choose price schemes, size, etc... BUT when I use the search module and click on the cart icon on one of the pictures of the result of the search, I have this message: "No products are available for purchase".
I don't understand why... Somebody can explain?
Thank you
Marc

How do you have your other albums set up to work with the cart? Do each have their own pricing scheme? Are you using Mixed Pricing?
also, it helps if you can provide a link to your site and enable guest access to ttg-be

Hello Rob,
Do each have their own pricing scheme? Yes I have created pricing schemes for all of my albums.
Are you using Mixed Pricing? No

guest access to ttg-be: I don't understand...

We've made a lot of changes to search in the last few updates. Your search results page is still on Gallery 6.1.3. So start by getting up-to-date with the latest versions of Cart, Gallery and Publisher.
Offline
First of all, you're using a severely outdated version of Publisher. You're using version 2.1.3 and the current version is 2.3.0
http://ce4.theturninggate.net/docs/doku … _changelog
Your version of TTG-BE is 2.0.2, the current version is 2.0.3
http://ce4.theturninggate.net/docs/doku … _changelog
your version of Cart is 3.0.5, the current version is 3.1.1
http://ce4.theturninggate.net/docs/doku … _changelog
Your version of CE4 Gallery is 6.1.3, the current version is 6.1.6
http://ce4.theturninggate.net/docs/doku … _changelog
none of this addresses your issue though.
The Gallery template you're using for your Search page is using a pricing scheme of "default", but in your Pricing Schemes you don't have a scheme named "default". Therefore you're getting the Product Not Found error.
I'm not sure of the best way to go about addressing this. One thought comes to mind is to use Mixed Pricing and to make sure all images have the needed pricing scheme in the metadata Category field.
Perhaps Ben will have another idea
(you already have guest access enabled with the default username and password. You can change this in ttg-be Admin > Manage Users if you wish, but leaving it as-is is helpful in sorting things out.)

Hello,
1 - I've installed new version of publisher - ttg-be - cart but now search module doesn't find pictures. "Albums not found" and " pictures not found"
I've checked that the search repertory is placed on the root, so I don't understand...
2- The Gallery template you're using for your Search page is using a pricing scheme of "default", but in your Pricing Schemes you don't have a scheme named "default". Therefore you're getting the Product Not Found error.
My search module looks for pictures with have differents pricing schemes, so how is it possible to create only one pricing scheme for search module as the pictures found can have 5 differents pricing scheme?

Update CE4 Gallery as well; apply updates to your gallery templates, as well as to the template used by search, as set in TTG BE.

As I said above, Ben may have a better solution, but the only thing I can think of is using the Mixed Pricing option for your Search template and then make sure all your images have the name of their respective pricing scheme in the Category field of the image metadata.
More on Mixed Pricing here: http://ttg-tips-and-tricks.barbeephoto. … d-pricing/
I know this is extra work, but you should be able to add the metadata in bulk in Lightroom's Library module, just go to each album, select all images, and add the name of the pricing scheme to all images at once. You will need to republish, but be sure to go into Publisher set up first and check the "Push Metadata without updating existing photos" check box. That will make the republishing much faster.
But be sure to update all plugins, and re-export and upload all templates first. I don't think Ben built-in a feature to read the pricing scheme from the albums from which individual search result images come from (I didn't see that in the change-log), but perhaps it's there.

The photos in search results do get the pricing schemes from the respective albums that they are contained in.

Woo Hoo! I couldn't remember if that feature was part of the testing or not. I remember messing with downloads and maps but couldn't directly recall cart functions.
Very cool.

However mixed pricing does not work for photos in search results. I'm looking into a fix, which would need to be made in Publisher.
At this point I'm left with either mixed pricing or per-album pricing schemes working in search results - enabling one clobbers the other.

So Marc, I hope that wasn't totally confusing. Bottom line: Update all your plug-ins. Then export and upload new versions of all templates, including your Search template.

Ignore my last post (for now). It does appear that both mixed pricing and per-album pricing schemes work correctly in search results. It's late and been a long day.

See Ben, you're already ahead of things! You now probably have time for that extra beer...

See you in 2 or 3 days !
But thank you to try to help me.

all you really need to do is update everything you have to the latest versions.
Be sure to export and upload the template you're using for search to take advantage of the new features.

Hello,
After a few days of holidays I've installed the new versions of Autoindex 7.07 - Cart - Galleries 6.16 - Pages 7.012 - TTG-BE, but I still have the same problem: search module doesn't work and doesn't find any pictures of my albums.
I still doesn't understand why...?
A solution?
Regards
Marc

can you provide a search term that will yield results? "Mer" no longer does.
Also, be sure you're running the latest version of Cart and Publisher that were just released
http://theturninggate.net/2015/07/updat … publisher/
And check your Cart dashboard to fix the items marked in red.

can you provide a search term that will yield results? "Mer" no longer does Since I have installed the new version of the plugins (the 2nd of July) the search plugin doesn't provide any results. No keywords yield results. Try 'Mayotte' or 'plage' or any others keywords that gave results before the new versions installed will not give results now. And that's I try to solve but I don't understand why to do.

I'm seeing similar results with my own site. The search term "Olympic" isturning up only a couple of images. And I've got a lot from Olympic National Park.
and "iceland" is turning up nothing at all.

I don't understand the keywords you're trying...?
1st: I never gave 'Olympic' or 'National Park' keywords to my images, so I don't understand how you can get results with this keywords search...?
2nd: I just tried 'Olympic' or 'National Park' keywords, and have no results...
Are yo sure you are on my website...? http://www.labanquedimagesdemayotte.com/search/

Ok, Sorry for the confusion.
Before the upgrades, all worked fine on my website. Same for your website?

I haven't tested my search function for a few weeks so I'm not sure when the problem showed up.
I've let Ben know about it.

I've just discovered something.
Thinking that perhaps my albums somehow got set to "Hide from Search", I checked under the features tab of one of them. The checkbox was not checked, but I thought something might happen if I toggled it.
So in my Olympic National Park album I checked the "Hide from Search" box, clicked the Edit button, then immediately edited the album again and unchecked the "Hide from Search" box and clicked the Edit button.
When I again searched on "olympic" I got the results I expected. Same thing happened with my Palouse album. I also did the same thing with my South America album and my search on "patagonia" worked where it hadn't before. Did the same thing with my Iceland album and now I can get those search results.
So try toggling the "Hide from Search" checkbox under the Features tab.
