Stage Crop Ratio For Full Screen

Hi,

I'm using Stage full screen auto for my home page. I've tried cropping with a 16:9 ratio, but stage is still cropping the top and bottom of the photos. Am I using the wrong crop ratio?

I though full screen auto and full screen flip are pretty much the same, as far as how the images are displayed goes. This means that the images will completely fill the screen, cropping as necessary to do so:
