Hi, I am hosting several client response galleries for a family and I wanted to create a page that is a entry way with some additional links and information. I would like this page to be password protected with the same log in for their galleries. Would "pages", or "stage" be capable of that?

Use Autoindex

If you're using the traditional password protection, then you can just set password protection for the Autoindex. No need to protect the galleries
If, however, you're using CRG management via Publisher for CRG albums, then the way to do it is to simply assign all the albums to the client (or clients) and then have them just go to yoursite.com/ttg-be/crg and they can log in. They'll then be presented with a page containing links to all their albums.
