Hi,
actually, if I make a selection of a photo and close the internet page... The selection remain.
But if I close the browser, the selection disappear !!
I've tried on Firefox, Safari and Chrome.
It's all the same... When I close the browser, the selection of my photos, disappear.
This is a test link, with only two images :
http://www.francescorussotto.it/galleries/lira2/
I'use Publisher to export my album.
Thank you

You need to be using CRG Admin to keep the selections between sessions. This requires that you set up the client in ttg-be CRG Admin and that they log in.
See the post about deployment options: http://theturninggate.net/2015/02/clari … e-gallery/

Umm,
this is a nightmare !!!! Never ending story !!! ;(((
Please help me (again).
I'm not a a programmer ....
So, I've open the link, but don't understanding a lot... ;(
I think that my attention must be on : "Published, standalone galleries".
Because my client use "standalone" galleries.
1) The images are logged into a database, allowing us to store and process information relating to each image.
This is done when I press Publish Album from LW by Publisher. Is it true ?
2) Galleries are rendered through the TTG BE framework, allowing us to make use of the databased information when rendering or reloading the gallery.
When publishing a new album, select the Integration tab, and set Client Management as “Standalone”.
I just do it, I've selected "Standalone".
When you tell me :

Exactly, what have I do !!! ;(((((
I have created, under CRG Setting/Clients, a client setup (name, email). But if I try to assign album, this error appear :
"No CRG-enabled albums were found"
Sorry Rod

I'm not sure exactly when the images are logged into the database, but presumably when you publish.
this will save selections and feedback for your viewing in the CRG admin Feedback area. It will not save selections from your client's point of view. To do that you need to use CRG Management instead of Stand alone.

You need to publish some CRG administered albums before you can assign an album to a client.
When creating the album, under the Integration Tab choose Managed by CRG Admin for Client Management.
When publishing a new album, select the Integration tab, and set Client Management as “Standalone”.
I just do it, I've selected "Standalone".
If you use the Stand Alone option, your clients cannot close the browser and come back later to continue making choices.
To get that feature you must use CRG Administration for Albums.
After creating the CRG managed albums you can then assign them to the clients you created.
This is all explained in the post about deployment options.

Ok Rod,
I've created and published an album with "Manage with CRG".
Now I've not error and under CRG Setting/client I've assigned the album to my client.
Now I've to send this url to my client http://www.my_site/ttg-be/crg/
It's a "J" area.
look here : http://www.francescorussotto.it/ttg-be/crg/
My client have to insert user and a password.
Now, he can see the album that I've assign to him.
Right ?
