After installing the cart files, be sure you immediately log in to yoursite.com/ttg-be and click on Cart Admin under Dashboard to complete the installation.
If you forget to do this your site may show a big black warning box stating that the cart is unavailable, and your visitors won't be able to see your pretty pictures or give you money.
this is a slightly different behavior than previous updates where you could still access the site but then you'd encounter errors later on.

Thanks for the good advice Rod. It's not quite so bad though. Without visiting the admin page, the first visit to a cart-enabled gallery will fail with a message. Subsequent visits will work correctly.

I suppose it will only happen on the Home page if one has enabled the cart in Pages (or Theme for WordPress for WP based sites) for cart listening.
