I have just completed the updates of all my templates and as part of that process re-activated the "Get shared resources from CE4 Pages" option.
Now, since pages has been updated again today due to a bug-fix as I understand: Do I need to re-issue all my templates (for the reason of using the "shared resources from CE4 Pages" or is it sufficient to only update Pages itself and the Autoindex templates?

It should be sufficient to just update your Pages install and your AutoIndex templates.
The updates only affect the index layout of both as well as a small bug in the Social Media sharing buttons styling.
