I just updated to 2.3 CE4 Publisher. I logged into Publisher/admin and confirmed that I had the new version installed. I also updated my galleries while there. Not sure why, but I did.
I also replaced the CE4 Publisher plugin in LR with the latests .Irplugin.
I then went went to my Light Room 5 plugin manager and it confirmed I had the latest 2.3 version also. Everything seems to working fine , but now all my Lightroom publisher albums want me to republish. Is there any reason to republish all my albums or can I just leave them as is (republish)? or until I have a need to republish. Did do something wrong while in the plug in manager when I clicked saved?
Thanks
Jim

You shouldn't need to republish. You'll get that message if you make changes in the Publisher settings, like checking the "Push Metadata..." box. I just ignore it as I'm usually just needing to republish a few images.
Have you had any problems publishing or republishing?

Thanks for the quick reply. That's what I thought too. I need to redo them all anyway. So far no problems publishing and republishing. Now I need to understand all the changes that are incorporated.
So far so good.
Thanks again
