In the email that is sent to the client (& vendor) once they have made their selections, each individual filename is a link, presumably back to view that individual file. However, it only ever produces an error. Does it work, or is this a bug?

It should work. In early versions (or perhaps during testing) it wasn't working correctly. Make sure you've got the latest versions of CRG, Publisher, and TTG-BE
if that's not it, be sure to post a link to a problem gallery. Matt or Ben may also need ttg-be access so be sure that guest access is enabled.
