Hello!
Where's located the CRG Admin Database (Users, Localisations, Configs etc).
I'm afraid to update to the last version, replacing the folders on the server (ttg-be/crg/*), and lost all this things...
Thanks!

the Change Logs have all the necessary instructions for updating. if you follow those you won't overwrite your database.
http://ce4.theturninggate.net/docs/doku … _changelog
but to your question, all databases are located in /ttg-be/data/ folder. You never want to overwrite that folder unless you're starting from complete scratch.

Right!
Another question then...
That instructions directs me to replace crg/application, /config and /lib directories.
Should I keep the crg/admin folder, and index.php?
Because, for me is very easier to just exclude the actual crg dir and upload the new one... can I just do that instead of worry about replacing?
And the same question goes to Publisher update...
Thanks!

I'm pretty sure you can just replace the entire crg or publisher folder if you wish (it's never caused a problem for me). But to be safe, you might want to wait for Ben to confirm.
I use Filezilla. I just open that up and navigate to the /ttg-be/crg/ folder.
I open the latest updated crg folder on the computer (Windows explorer) and then just select the application/, config/, and lib/ folders and drag them to the /ttg-be/crg folder that I have open in Filezilla. Pretty easy.

I used to do this way too, but my server decided just stop to accepting Filezilla, God knows why...
Now I'm obligated to use a much simpler ftp client...

I just did..
Replaced everything, and looks like everything is fine.
Thanks!

It's safe to replace the entire product directory, such as crg or publisher. We advise to replace sub-directories in order to save time uploading via FTP. It's often the case that the lib directory in particular, which includes many files, does not have any changed files.
Which host are you using? A few years ago I had trouble using FTP with GoDaddy, as GoDaddy refused more than a single FTP connection at once. You may have some luck by reducing the number of connections for your website, assuming it's currently set to a number higher than 1.
