Hi,
I tried to use CRG 4 with a client recently, and, in spite of the fact that they sent their selections to me twice, I never received the emails. They, however, did get a copy of the message sent to them.
I have made selections from the same gallery, and from a couple of test galleries, and the the form sent the emails to me almost immediately.
Is it a problem with the system, or might it be something with my email server?

if you're using smtp for email, try the "mail" setting instead
also see this: http://community.theturninggate.net/post/28577/#p28577
and this: http://community.theturninggate.net/top … l-message/
if none of that helps, be sure to post a link to a gallery and enable guest access to ttg-be

Also, the feedback will have been saved to the back end and can be viewed there. So even without the emails, you should still be able to get your work done with the gallery.

I have the same problem:
Some emails will not get sent to me, some not to the client it turns out- and I have tried this from and to the same address several times, and about half will not be received be the client. What does it mean that the feedback is saved to the back end?
And it there a way for me to change the text in the feedback email sent to the client and the pop up confirmation they see?

It means that regardless of email receipt, you can log into TTG-BE to view the client's feedback. From within TTG-BE, you can also customize your text, and modify your mail settings.
For best mailing results, you may need to coordinate your settings with your host, taking note of what they support, allow and/or require on their end. For example, some hosts only allow mail to be sent from an @yourdomain.com email address, in which case you would need to first configure that address with your host. In such cases, you may not be able to use, for example, your @gmail.com email address.
