I don't know if that's possible, but you can always place those terms on another page and link to it from your gallery pages.

You can access the database, but do it at your own risk:

You'll need to access the cart/orders.sq3 database. You can completely empty order history, etc. or delete items one at a time.
You may want to wait for Ben to chime in with any other cautions.
