Don't reveice email when customer make his choice

Hi,

I don't receive any email anymore after the client make his/her choice.

I see the order in the admin portal but no mail sad

Hi Maureen, are you using 'mail' or 'smtp' for your mail settings?  Who are you hosting with?

Sorry Ben,

I didn't use the TTG for a while..

Hi Maureen, further from my earlier question about who you're hosting with, do you know if other emails are being received, such as those sent to the client?
