Hi,
In which order should the various packages of the Web Publishing bundle be installed ?
I started with ttg-be which is now copied to the root of my web site. However, trying to access http://www.myweb.fr/ttg-be/admin/ results in error 500 :

The order doesn't really matter, but ttg-be does need to be in place before Pages will work properly.
And you need to have ttg-be in place to upload the publisher/ folder and gallery templates.
that link isn't to your actual site, is it?
If not, be sure to post the link to your site.
Occasionally servers will be configured in some non-standard ways. Ben will likely need to take a look at it.

The actual link is http://www.ppphoto.fr/ttg-be/admin/ .
You can temporarily access the PHP config by using this link :

Thanks.

You're on a Windows IIS server. TTG requirements call for use on Apache servers running Linux.
Ben has been able to find some work arounds to this, but I think it depends on the situation.
Do you know if your host can switch you over to an Apache/Linux server?
Otherwise, you might try sending a PM or email to =http://community.theturninggate.net/user/101/Ben and ask him to take a look. He may need FTP access

Strange. I have a Linux hosting ?!?! I'll look into this.
Well, I thought I had a Linux Hosting. Something went wrong with the hosting service. I'll try to get that fixed and try again the ttg-eb installation.
Sorry for the trouble.
