I've just installed the CE4 Client Proofing Bundle. I'm getting an error in Lightroom with the CE4 Client Response Gallery stating:
Plugin Installation Error
The plugin is badly named or in the wrong location. Please review our online installation guide :

I haven't changed the name and I've installed it in Library/Application Support/Adobe/Lightroom
It's the new version of Lightroom. May that be the problem?
CE4 Auto Index, CE4 Auto index Enabler and CE4 Viewport Sizer seem to be fine....

if you're on a Mac, it should be installed in:
Users/username/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Lightroom/Web Galleries/

That's where they are installed. Sorry, I forgot to type the Web Gallery folder in my post.

make sure you're using the unzipped folder. The name should be: CE4-CRG.lrwebengine
You could also try unzipping the folder again. Or downloading it again just in case something got corrupted on its way to you.
