A common cause is that the shipping doesn't have prices for all of the item types. Log into your cart admin and then Pricing -> Shipping. If there are any methods marked as Incomplete then click Manage Charges for the method and add any missing shipping prices.

Thanks for this, I have checked and there are no missing items. It is still coming up with No products are available for purchase

All of the prices have a pricing scheme of "Will and Sophie Photobox Photo prints". Do you have a pricing scheme with that name? If not, create one or change the name of a scheme you want to use to "Will and Sophie Photobox Photo prints".
Offline
the cart area of the page source shows a pricing scheme named "Charity Shoot"
As Ben noted, the images themselves have a pricing scheme named "Will and Sophie Photobox Photo prints" attached to them
But the only pricing scheme you have named "Charity"
It looks like you're using the "Mixed Pricing" option. So either create the pricing scheme you've chosen for the images (as Ben suggests) or turn off Mixed Pricing and use the "Charity" scheme for the whole gallery.

Hi thanks for the input, I had a scheme called Will and Sophie Photobox Photo prints but have deleted that to leave one pricing scheme called Charity. I need to understand how this has come across and also the Mixed Pricing option. I will look at this tonight as everything that can be done in Cart Admin has been done. I'm guessing that I used an old saved gallery in Lightroom and this has pulled across the information.

I don't see anything obvious.
you do have digital downloads available in your pricing scheme. The download directory is shows as "photos-for-purchase"
Have you created that directory and uploaded your download renditions (with the exact same file name) to it?
