Links help

Hi I am new at this.
And I need help, or some guidance about the links and configuration.

I use publisher CE4 and CRG CE4

I am a wedding photographer.

I want to upload the photos separated by sections on different pages

so that each client can select which photos he want we print, of all we did in the event.

usually are over 1000 photos so it is necessary to separate them into sections.

to facilitate customer selection.

I want to do exactly this:  http://seleccionclientesea.info/entrega … asual.html

I did this manually exporting in lightroom each one of them.

after changing the names of the directories manually copying the files manually.

this makes me lose much time and no longer want to do as.

now I want to do automatically in Lightroom using CRG CE4 and CE4 CE4 Publisher.

Example:

Of my clientes Any And Carlos I need to upload 6 different webs or folders "S.FORMAL, S.CASUAL, PREVIAS, FAMILIAR, MISA, FIESTA"

under the same directory like this:
Any y Carlos
           S.FORMAL
           S.CASUAL
           PREVIAS
           FAMILIAR
           MISA
           FIESTA

Like menus like this:

sel.png

Actually I have no idea as I have to configure the links from ligthroom and Publisher

Likewise I do not know if I need something else to make do exactly this
http://seleccionclientesea.info/entrega … asual.html
of easier way without leaving ligthroom
Please navigates between the buttons.

Thanks for your understanding and support.

Re: Links help

Navigation menus are intended to be consistent throughout a site. So what you're trying to do is a bit beyond what is intended.

What you can try is to create a template for each client that contains the navigation links you need. Then use that template for only that client.
This will require that you create separate templates for each client.

An easier option is to just use the navigation menu as intended and have links to other pages in your site.
Then, since you're using Publisher, you can create a client log-in in the CRG admin section of ttg-be.
When your clients log-in they'll be presented with a list of their albums. They can then click on which ever one they want, make their selections, and then go back to the login page and choose another album to look through.

Yet another option is to publish the albums as Stand Alone albums rather than CRG Managed.

You can then create an Album Set in which to publish these albums. You'll need TTG CE4 Autoindex to do this.
You would be able to password protect the album set if desired. (this is different than logging into a CRG managed album)
When your clients visit the album set they'll be presented with thumbnail links to each album. This has the advantage of including a visual cue as to what's in each album in the form of a thumbnail.

Re: Links help

Take a look at this blog post about the different ways to deploy CRG. It will hopefully answer your questions
