Html single image

Hello
my first post here and this is not my native language

ok, my problem is i want to have html single image as my gallery
no slideshow, when i go to galleries i come to my test album, next i come to
my thumbnails, when i hit one of those no Picture, what have i missed?
it look great in LR
i have not touch anything in the templates exept my webbsite and html single image
screenshoots below
