I have two more questions...
1. Is it possible, someway, somehow, to duplicate a feedback profile? I would like to make a couple different ones but the bulk of the information would remain the same. Not that big a deal, but would make it faster and that's what this is all about.
2. Is there a way to customize the message clients see after they have sent their feedback?

I don't know about your first question, but for the second, look in the Settings > Localisation > Manage Localisation section of the CRG admin.

Hi Rod, I don't see anything in that area to customize the message after they have sent their feedback. Perhaps I'm just missing it, I'll have another look.

Look toward the bottom of the "Messages" area. This is for the message on screen after they've submitted
