When I export a web gallery, the TTG plugin only saves the files in php format, even thought I have "Enable PHPlugins" unchecked. I'd prefer to output as html files, at least for now, so I can look at the code.
This might be related to a Lightroom setting or other LR problem. I had the same problem in CE3. I upgraded to CE4 and it continues. Has anyone seen this before?
Thanks for any help.

This is not a bug
CRG only outputs as PHP. This is required for it to work.
Gallery will output as PHP if you have any of several features enabled:
Phplugins
Downloads
Cart
Facebook/Twitter OPG (I believe)
Might be one or two others
To view pages on a local machine, you need to use a virtual server like WAMP for Windows, MAMP for Mac, or XAMPP for either
Either that or simply put them online

Thanks Rod! I'll just upload then view the code in Firefox's Web Developer tool.
You saved me a lot of time. I was about the uninstall and reinstall Lightroom.
