I cannot seem to get the image thumbnail titles to show here:

I've gone through everything I can think of, but evidently I've missed something. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

make sure Metadata 1 and Metadata 2 are checked in Image Info (or whichever one you want to be showing)

Make sure you've added the metadata tokens to the Publisher set up area of Output Settings

If this album was initially published without metadata display enabled, then re publish the images (you can check the "Push Metadata ...." check box in Publisher set up to speed things up.

OK, tried that, including refreshing two browsers. Updated the template in /ttg-be/templates/gallery/Gallery-Car_Logos. No luck.
