Hello Ben, I hope I catch you today.
I just did the update, seemed to all go well, no error message during installation.
I've updated both the publisher publisher (2.2) and ttg-be 2.03
I tried to rename an Album set and received the following message.
Thanks,
Patrick

Hi Patrick, this looks similar to your earlier issue. Please email me the file ttg.log found in your Documents directory. If it's large, you may want to zip it.

Hi Ben,
Did you have a chance tp look at the log file I sent?

Hi Patrick, I have looked through your log files but nothing was immediately apparent. I am also up against the wall, especially with the new Client Response Gallery release. It will probably be a few days until I can give your site due attention.
What do you need to get running for your own deadlines?

Hi Ben,
Thanks for your reply. I think we've found a work around that will get us by for a few days.
I'll write you next week. I just hope that teh error message we see is not causing a corruption within the database.
Good luck

Hi Ben,
I've not heard back from you.
I have rebuilt the structure several times because of the corruption.
I'm at a loss, what to do? Are we at a point where we need to delete everything connected with Publisher and the Cart? If we start with a fresh database it means 52 Albums with considerable HTML.
What can I do to delete my entire TTG-BE installation however save the products within the Cart?
Hope you can help.
Regards,
Patrick

Hi Patrick,
Sorry, but looking into a case like this will likely take several hours, and I've been running at 200% for the last several weeks.
Friday and Saturday are looking good though, so I should be able to sit down and try to work out what's going on. I'll need to ask you for a few things, some that you've already provided:
1. TTG BE admin login (so that I can see the database structure)
2. FTP access to your server (so that I can see the albums and their locations)
3. Output of your album structure from Lightroom. This will be added to ttg.log by running the following command in Lightroom:
File -> Plug-in Extras -> Output Publisher Structure, and then selecting your Publisher instance and clicking OK.
4. The latest ttg.log file from Documents/My Documents.
Regards,
Ben

Hi Ben,
Thanks for your reply. We've deleted every thing to do with Publisher- TTG-Be. IN the process of starting fresh.
I will take you up on your offer and send the requested information should we not be able to go forward now.
It would be helpful if we could import product from the old CE4 cart. I'm concerned about importing from our old Cart, and bringing something database related we don't want.
Perhaps you have time to help us through that stage?
Good luck with your progress.
Regards,
Patrick

Hi Patrick,
The CE4 cart is found in two files, ttg-be/data/cart/master.sq3 and orders.sq3. I suggest that you copy these over, and see whether everything looks correct. If it doesn't look correct, then simply remove these files on your new instance, and fresh copies will be created the next time the cart is used.
