I installed the CRG CE4 after updating TTG BE and the Publisher according to the instructions.
Upon Creating an album using the new CRG template and trying to upload it I get an error message in LR:
An internal error occurred: JSON.lua:197: can't parse JSON at char 1 of SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1 table album has no column named enable_crg#0
and on and on. Unfortunatel I do not know how to insert the screenshot from LR with the full error message.
Thanks for your help!

Hi, it sounds like you need to upgrade Publisher. Version 2.2 was released yesterday, which is needed for CE4 CRG. Download and install that, and you should be good to go.

Thanks for the help, Ben. I actually updated the publisher according to the note:
To update to Publisher 2.0.3a: ===
- Either replace the entire ttg-be/publisher/application folder, or just the file ttg-be/publisher/application/models/Album.php with that from the zip file.
- Replace the CE4-Publisher.lrplugin, and restart Lightroom
I actaully had replaced the entire ttg-be/publisher/application folder(and off course the second step with the plugin.

make sure you've got the latest version of Publisher: 2.2.0.
The piece of the note you include references an older version
the latest versions readme file includes this text near the top of the file:
To update to from Publisher 2.1.3 to Publisher 2.2.0:
* Replace the ttg-be/publisher/application directory
* Login as admin to ttg-be/publisher/admin
* Replace the CE4-Publisher.lrplugin, and restart Lightroom

One step further - but not there yet: Album upload does not any more create thie error message. Iguess I looged into ttg-be, but not into publisher (?).
But upon creating a new album I get:
Unable to load template: ./../templates/gallery/crg-default/template_crg.php
The newly created CRG gallery shows up and I can select it in the 'template' field.
Oh, I found out that I need to: Back in the TTG-BE admin, from the Client Response Gallery Admin screen, select Settings > Client Response Gallery Settings. Edit Settings, then set “CRG Template” to use the newly uploaded template.
It is getting too late...
