Good Morning,
Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
Problem re naming Album Sets
When I rename the Slug, within an Album Set it cause an error
I seem to be able to recreate the problem.
Album set is on line and functioning
I want to rename the slug
In Lightroom Publisher Ce4 I choose edit Album Set
I rename the Album set and become a message (sorry I never saved the error) saying it can not find the path.
I look online in the PhpLite Admin and see the Album set has been given a new name.
The Album Set is actually renamed on the server, as mentioned, when I look in the Php liteAdmin back end, I see the Album set in the tables and it has been renamed.
The problem is, in Lightroom it is not renamed. and the connection is lost between Lightroom and the server.
Only Remedy i can find.
Delete the Album set from the database tables.
delete the folder via FTP
Start over from lightroom.
If I have moved the Albums out of the Album set before I try and rename the Album Set,the Albums are still connected with the database.
If I try and rename the Album Set in Lightroom with Albums in the Album Set, it corrupts the path on both Albums and Album Sets.

I'm not able to reproduce that problem.
I renamed just the slug. That was duplicated on the site with no problems
I then also renamed the set in Lightroom. That changed the name of the set in Lightroom with no effect on the site.
are you using the latest Publisher (2.1.3)?

I'm using 2-1.3 Publisher.Monday I'll try and produce the problem again, with a screen video.
Thanks for your reply Rod,

Hi Patrick, to move forward I would first attempt to make the slug consistent in all three places - LR, the sqlite DB and on disk. Since LR isn't letting you change it, try changing it back to the slug that LR has in the DB and in the directory name. After doing so, try changing the slug again in LR. Hopefully all will go well. If not, then please email me the ttg.log file and most-recent Publisher log file from ttg-be/data/publisher/logs, straight after the error occurs.
