Some photos in the gallery proved not right, sometimes only half the head with the top edge.

Are you seeing this on the desktop or on mobile devices?
(it looks fine to me)
If mobile, just tap the image to dismiss the toolbar

I check on my Mac Book Pro . it's a bit tough that you must click on the image to see full screen ! I do not even know if it's okay to to do it on a mobile device ? Is it possible on a mobile device to sweep the photos in an album instead of pressing the right arrow or left ?

then why not change the settings so the toolbar UI isn't showing?
There's a check box called Hide Slideshow UI on Launch. Check that.

Not with the gallery presentation you're using. Try the Touch presentation for mobile
