Omitting navigation items

In the headings for Home, Galleries, Blog, Services etc. I would like to omit some of those.  For example, in Pages I unchecked "show on page" for Services, but Services still appears on the page (www.kencarney.com).  How can I omit those items?  Thx for your help.

Re: Omitting navigation items

not exactly sure what you're after

to remove items from the navigation bar just delete the labels in Site Info > Navigation Hyperlinks

to not export a particular page, like Services, uncheck Export Services under Output Settings > Export Pages

The Display on Page check boxes refer to the block (in Color Palette) for the respective pages. So if you didn't want the block to appear on the Services page, you'd uncheck Display on Page in Color Palette > The Services Page
