I had the site (www.kencarney.com) working, but had not saved the template for configuring CE4 Pages in the LR template browser. So, I configured it again and uploaded it again. Now, whenever I hit Home, Galleries, Info etc. I get 404 not found. What did I do wrong?

first look at the Site root. Looks like you might have used /www.kencarney.com/ (you can use just /)
either that your you added that to the nav items
