I am trying to upload full images to the home page on www.kencarney.com. In CE4 Pages, The Gallery, I have Home and Galleria Slideshow selected and allowing page replacement by publisher selected as yes. But, I am stuck on how to upload the images to the home page. I made an album in CE4 Publisher (pages-gallery) to upload via Publisher, but then thumbnails appear on the home page whereas I want the full-sized image. If I can get past this I'm done, so any help appreciated!

if you want a Galleria slide show on your home page then you need to create the pages-gallery from CE4 Stage with Galleria set as Grid-type
(using the replace home page Publisher feature will replace the home page with whatever template you've used to create the pages-gallery album. You've used CE4 Gallery for that template.
The galleria setting in Pages is the fall back in case there is no pages-gallery present.
Also, be sure to disable Breadcrumbs in the album
