Re: Index Gallery failing to open

ok. first thing to try is upgrading your copy of Pages to the current version. You're using 7.0.8, the current version is 7.0.10

is Publisher installed in the ttg-be/ folder?

It would also probably help if you enable guest access to ttg-be so Ben can take a look.

Re: Index Gallery failing to open

Haven't installed publisher as I've recently upgraded from Lightroom 3 to Lightroom 5 and publisher is in lightroom 3 at the moment.

Will try upgrading pages and try again.

Will let you know.

Re: Index Gallery failing to open

that error seems to indicate that the page is looking for Publisher. Make sure the CE4 publisher/ folder is inside the ttg-be/ folder on your site

Re: Index Gallery failing to open

Well don't know what is was but after uploading Pages upgrade, and reloading ttg-be it seems to be working.
Thanks again.
I'm sure I'll be back when I get to sorting out the cart. I broke the last one and you only just found a fix.

Thank you
