getting a default shipping value?

I've been adding values into my cat which passes diagnostics, but every time I try a trial checkout, I'm getting a minimum  shipping of £30  - a value that isn't used or set anywhere.
For example, my values for "uv fine art print on canvas are 0 per item, 0 minimum , no maximum, and three size option of £5, £6 and £8. If I put one in my cart I get shipping of £30.

It's your favourite website - www.artofthewild.co.uk. Go to the print sale  menu item and try it out (it's set to demo mode and paypal sandpit, so you won't face a bill!)

Re: getting a default shipping value?

the best thing to do is enable guest access to ttg-be so Ben can take a look.

Be sure to look under Pricing > Shipping  to see if any of your shipping methods are set to default

Re: getting a default shipping value?

found it - hadn't realised there was a default price in "Method" as well as "price". Thanks, guys.
