master password doesn't work

I have a CE4 Gallery template where I've entered "Master Credentials" in addition to "Guest Credentials", and checked "Enable Password Protection". When I upload the gallery using CE4 Publisher, I checked "Enable Password" for that album. But on the front end, the guest credentials work, and the master credentials are not recognized. Any thoughts?

did you also enter the login credentials when you created the album.

be sure to post a link to any album you're having problems with along with any login credentials needed
