Frustrated - Client Response Gallery

I have been a strong and long time user of CRG, on Bluehost.  Now all of a sudden it has stopped sending emails from my clients after their selection. 

I just purchased the new CRG in hopes that this would fix things. 

It has been a very long time since I installed the old CRG hence, I don't recall how to do it.

What I find interesting is that there are NO installation instructions in the documentation that I can find anywhere.  After spending hours trying to find this, I can only find similar unanswered questions on the forum. 

I only want to install the CRG.

Anybody have a clue?  As it stands now, I have paid for something I cant use, and oh by the way, don't simply reference the existing documentation on CRG because it makes no mention of installation.

I hope someone can help me before I ask for a refund.
