CE4 Wordrpress - Increase file upload limit from 2MB to 20MB

Probably in the PHP.ini file. this isn't part of WordPress but a file that resides in the root of your site. You may need to create it.
Poke around your host's Cpanel, you should be able to find it. If not, contact your host's technical help.
Though not WordPress related, this thread might help
