Probably in the PHP.ini file. this isn't part of WordPress but a file that resides in the root of your site. You may need to create it.
Poke around your host's Cpanel, you should be able to find it. If not, contact your host's technical help.

Thanks for that I was able to get my host to add the PHP.ini file and it worked
