Upgrade costs

I seem to be going mad here, I'm trying to find out what the discount is for upgrading various items from CE3 to CE4, I know I'm not entitled to a free upgrade. I don't actually want to buy at this time, but I'm trying to get an idea of the total cost to upgrade in the near future.
I've got as far as adding items to the cart but can't see where to add the discount code, can someone just give a typical % discount please.

Discounts ranges from $5-15 depending on the list price of the plugin. $15 items are discounted by 5; $25-35 items are discounted by 10; $50 items are discounted by 15.
