My contact page has stopped working. All other pages work. When I click on the contact navigation button, the following message appears:

I have determined that it has something to do with the phplugins.php file. When I enable custom CSS by deleting the two specified lines, then the contact page does not work. Custom CSS is enable, I see the red background from the sample custom.css file, but the contact page stops working.
If you visit my url, I have replaced the sample custom.css file, so my site is not red (not so good for business).
I would appreciate any help that can be provided.

Notepad ++ solved the problem. Thanks for the link, plus this is a much easier program to use when editing the phplugins.php file.
