I notice that the background color behind the add to cart dialog box is lost, instead solid black appears.
I assume this is related to the problem I mentioned in a post under CE 4 Gallery: When Magnification Popup option for Large Image under the Appearance section of CE4 Gallery is selected. The large image background color is lost and instead is solid black.

As a test, can you try renaming ttg-be/cart/lib/css/magnific.css to something else and see whether that solves the problem?

renaming that css file worked for me. The color set in the gallery's magnific setup is what now shows.

Yes, this works for both websites: the test website where Magnification Popup option for Large Image under the Appearance section of CE4 Gallery is selected, and in my main website where this option is not selected.
I do notice that it appears that background color to the "Add an item to the cart" is pure white. I thought in the past the background was one of my selected colors. I could be wrong, but that is what I remember. Here is the main website url:
