Footer - Add Designed by

HI Matt

Should it be possible to add a line for the designer in the footer, something like this:

These line could possibly be a link.

I added it in the "Back to top" line, for example, but it's realy not very fine.

sure, just treat the Attribution/Copyright (md) field like any other text field and use Markdown for the link.
