I'm not having that problem in my tests. Try exporting and uploading the entire exported folder again.

I'll try. tell me how you know how to update the ttg-be? I can not find how to do this.

I don't know exactly. Just figured I'd replace the files on the server with the corresponding files in the new download. Mainly the admin/ and framework/ folders along with the config.php and index.php files (I don't know that these matter or not).
In the download's data/ folder there are only two files: .htaccess and index.html. I don't know if these have changed or not but it didn't hurt anything to replace those as well.

just check the box that enables them, re-export, and upload. It won't make any viewable changes to you site (unless, of course, it fixes this problem for your)
