I testing my gallery and cart option. When i finish order and go Proceed to Checkout i have this error:

When i can add shipping i have too problem.

In ttg be admin set your email to use 'mail' and not 'smtp'

What can cause a second problem when I want to add the shipping method?

This will be fixed in the upcoming maintenance release of cart. In the mean time, can you use the existing methods? Also, if you are not using packages, remove the packages that are in the database.
