CE4 "Share Resources" vs master password

In CE4 with Publisher, it seems that enabling "shared resources" in Gallery and AutoIndex disables use of the master password for protected galleries/sets based on those templates. I presume it is because that is amongst the information taken from Pages, which doesn't have passwords. Sharing the resources seemed neat both for convenience and performance, but I need the master password feature. Is there any way around this?

Thanks, Chris

Re: CE4 "Share Resources" vs master password

Hi Chris, I can't think of any reason shared resources would impact the handling of passwords and I'm not seeing this at all. Can you provide some links and steps to replicate it?  If you can, set the master password to something you can share and message it to me.

Hi Ben. Sorry for the noise on this one. It was my fault. (Too embarrassed to post why...)
Thanks, Chris
