I was considering upgrading to the full Web Gallery plugin set. I have CE3 Client Response Gallery now. Do I need to wait until response gallery is updated before I move to CE4. I don't want to lose the Response Gallery functionality.

You can still use CE3 CRG while waiting for the CE4 version. Just keep in mind that if you're using phplugins for things like navigation that you probably won't want to mix CE3 with CE4 phplugins.

So to clarify I only use CE3 CRG now. If I migrate to the full CE3 Web publisher can I use it to publish new CE3 CRG?

Because Publisher now runs in the ttg-be/ folder (the new back-end), I don't think that you can manage CE3 CRG with CE4 Publisher. Matt or Ben will correct me if I'm wrong.
You can't migrate CE3 CRG albums to CE4 Publisher according to the documentation I linked.
But you can run CE3 Publisher and CE4 Publisher at the same time if you wish and manage your CE3 CRGs with CE3 Publisher

I don't have CE3 publisher now. I only have CE3 CRG. So for now if I got CE4 it can't manage CE3 CRG produced code. So for now might as well stick to my manual FTP process since I can't buy CE3 publisher anymore.

I believe that's correct. You could try emailing Matt and asking about CE3 Publisher availability. I don't know if he's removed it from the delivery service he's using.

For now, CE3 plugins are still included in purchases. So if you buy CE4 Publisher, then you will also be getting the CE3 version.
