Non-breaking space in Markdown syntax

What is the exact code for a non-breaking space in Mark-down syntax?
  does not work.

I can, of couse, after upload change the docs in 'fragments'-folder, but that is laborious.

  should be it, but may not be working due to a bug in LR.
