A link?
Possibly separate links to your Home page and to one of your galleries, if your galleries are not directly accessible from the site.

I can see them in the galleries folders (photo and thumbnail)in the domain
Can you clarify this? Did you upload the photos and thumbnails directly to the galleries/ folder? If so, that's wrong. You need to upload the entire exported gallery folder to the galleries/ folder.
For example, let's say you named your gallery export "my-gallery". Upload the entire exported my-gallery/ folder to your /galleries/ folder

Hello All,
I do have the same problem, and I do not understand Matthew's suggestion (below). It is too cryptic for me.
I uploaded the whole (new) gallery-folder in the galleries map.
Please help.
Beste regards,
Silvester.

Further to my earlier observation, I here quote part of the beginner's manual:
Quote: "….
Finishing the gallery
And that's all we need to do, so let's revisit the Template Browser and save another template. We can reuse this template later when creating additional galleries. When we reuse the template, just remember to:
1. Visit the Color Palette pane, update the Page Copy with new text for the new gallery. 2. Visit the Output Settings pane, update the Info for Auto Indexing with new Album Title and Album Description appropriate for the new gallery.
……" end quote.
1) I don't know what is meant by ".. update the Page Copy .. " Further
2) See 2 above. You cannot update (at least I do not se any relevant entry there) the Info for Auto Indexing in you "Output
Setting" pane.
I have entered Album Title and Album Description in the "Album Info" section of "Color Palette".
So, please come at the rescue. It must be something silly that I have overlooked.
Best regards, Silvester.

1) that means to update any text you want to have appear on your gallery page. You'll find the Page Copy box in Content Area of the Color Palette control pane of the Web Module.
see this: http://ce3wiki.theturninggate.net/doku. … _the_block
and this: http://ce3wiki.theturninggate.net/doku. … h_markdown
2) Matt will need to update that. In CE3 web engines you do this right at the top of the Color Palette control pane under Album Info, which you've already found.

Silvester,
the problem you're having with your site is that you haven't correctly entered the URL in the Site Root field of the Site Info control pane
http://ce3wiki.theturninggate.net/doku. … page_setup
don't forget to include the trailing slash at the end of the url

Rod,
Thank you very much for your reply. It has partly solved my problem, but I can still not see my Gallery.
For that reason I regrouped the website. Formerly, I had all maps organized in a sub-domain; now I have placed all relevant maps in the root of the website. And, of course, the gallery in the galleries folder.
I hope you can have another glance at my site: www.povel.eu
Thank you very much for you assistance.
Best ragards, Silvester.

You're running an inadequate version of PHP. Please contact your host to install or activate a newer version.

Hello Matthew,
Correct! That was the problem. I had not bothered as the Pages CE3 worked already (apparently under PHP 4).
Thank you very much for your help. This community service is outstanding!
And, your Plugins as well.
Thanks again.
Case closed.
Best regards, Silvester.
