Challenges logging in to Customer Site

Hi: my username and password does not work anymore: I want to download the latest versions of the retired CE4. I've made an approach through email and on the ttg webpage contact to no avail.

Appreciate moderator or Website Admin advice/help to retrieve access to my customer account.

Thanks!

Gerry

Re: Challenges logging in to Customer Site

Order # 26663

Hi: I would be grateful for updated logging information to my customer account. The username/password that I created at the time of purchase is no longer working.

I've tried contacting through this page, through the customer forum and directly to Matthew C (through email and through the forum with help on the latter from Daniel Leu) to no avail. I'd appreciate help or advice.

I have been a Turning Gate user since CE2. I want to ensure my site is running with the latest CE4 (now retired I understand), before I consider Backlight 2. Again, I'd be grateful for your help logging into my account to download the latest CE4.

Regards

Gerry

Re: Challenges logging in to Customer Site

Hi Gerry,

I replied to your email two days ago. Did you not receive my message?

As noticed in November 2017, we stopped servicing downloads for the CE4 plugins. That newsletter is archived here, if you'd like to read it:

I cannot use retired order numbers to find your history, but if you have your receipts, I can try to put something together for you.

Cheers,
Matt
