Additional translation in CRG

I'd like to translate the Gallery Help and some other text in the Client Response Gallery. I've gone to Client Response Manage Languages, but the changes do not apply, even after many cache clearings. Furthermore, there is no setting I can find to change the help section.

The help section is, I believe, in the template.
