i updated one site to backlight 2 with no problems. another site in a different directory gives me an error.
I ran the updater correctly, but when i went to the pages section to update, i got the error:
Backing up databases...
Backed up master.sq3
Upgrading to version 1.2.2...
Configuring localizations
Unable to upgrade to version 1.2.2
Error message: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1 no such table: localisation_master
I get the same for templates.
All of my templates and pages are listed, but the site doesn't load of course.
(i left custom and data in place, as instructed)
thoughts?
(i had emailed matt, but then i realized i wasn't sure what his hours are and it may be better in support).

This a question Ben can answer better than I, when he wakes.
In the meantime, check to ensure that your host is running PHP 5.4 minimum, 5.6 or newer recommended. You should be able to check or change this in your host's CPanel.
Also, in admin, visit the Dashboard, Designer, Cart and Client Response areas (as applicable) to force a database upgrade, and click the "Update Album Files" link on the dashboard to make sure generated files are up-to-date following the upgrade.

This is a tricky one. The BL update mechanism removes the localization_master table in the Designer database, but your Designer is upgrading from a version that is not the latest BL1 release and that expects the table to still be there. I’ll work out a strategy to get around this and will get back to you.

Hi John, I've applied a patch to work around this. To fix it:
1) Log into Backlight
2) Visit Backlight > Backlight Modules
3) Click Reinstall on the line for module-designer
4) Click the Reinstall to confirm
5) Visit Designer
