I've never heard one word from this fellow -- which isn't unusual; I think we never heard from most customers -- but I found his website, and wanted to share it as an example of a Backlight-created site having been localized into not English. While we do have some users in Asia, we don't have a lot of penetration here, I think for reasons including that our product and its documentation are offered only in English, that most Asian countries have an Internet somewhat siloed from the rest of the world. Nonetheless, here's a Backlight site in Japanese! I was happy to discover it.
